How it starts

From first call to steady operations

The same four steps apply whether you hire us for a month or for years.

  1. Review

A short call and a walk through your systems, users and pain points. You leave with a written list of what to fix first.

  2. Stabilize

We fix the issues that cause the most disruption, set up monitoring and backups, and document what we find.

  3. Operate

Day-to-day support begins under agreed response targets, with every request tracked to completion.

  4. Improve

Each month we review recurring problems, find the cause, and fix it for good. You get a short report on what changed.
